29:2 Bank Deposits. – The treasurer shall deposit all public funds in the treasurer's custody in banks within the state pursuant to RSA 29:1 but the amount of collected funds on deposit in any one bank shall not at any time exceed the sum of its paid-up capital and surplus. A physician licensed under RSA 329, or a physician exempted under RSA 329:21, III, an advanced practice registered nurse licensed under RSA 326-B, or a physician associate licensed under RSA 329-D certifies that immunization against a particular disease may be detrimental to the child's health.
