293-A:1.36 Penalties Imposed. –
Each corporation, domestic or foreign, that fails or refuses to file its annual report or to pay all associated fees related thereto, or both, for any year on or before April 1 shall be subject to an additional fee as set out in RSA 293-A:1.22(a)(17).
