293-B:3 Organization; Purposes. –
A New Hampshire investment trust may be organized under this chapter for the purpose of carrying on any lawful investment activity within or outside this state, except that nothing contained in this chapter shall preclude a New Hampshire investment trust from engaging in the activities of a trust.
