RSA 30-B:8 · Escapes
30-B:8 Escapes. – I. If an offender escapes from a county correctional facility the superintendent shall have the power to pursue, retake, and bring him back, and to require all necessary aid for the purpose and, when taken, may place the prisoner in administrative segregation, in accordance with the standards of the facility from which he escaped, until the superintendent has determined that the prisoner is willing to submit to the regulations of the facility. II. The provisions and penalties of RSA 642:6 and 642:7 on escape and implements for escape and other contraband shall apply to any escapes from the official custody of the superintendent under this chapter.
