301-A:32-a Grounds for Administrative Dissolution. – The secretary of state may administratively dissolve a domestic association under RSA 301-A:32-b if:

The association for 2 consecutive years does not pay within 60 days after they are due any franchise fees or penalties imposed by this chapter or other law; or
