301-A:39 Applicable Laws. –
The applicable provisions, powers, and rights of RSA 293-A shall apply to associations organized under this chapter to the extent they are not in conflict or inconsistent with any part of this chapter. Provisions which are in conflict shall be inapplicable to such associations.
