301-B:27 Failure Event. – In the case of a failure event:

I.

Legal personality and limited liability shall be maintained to the extent necessary to protect New Hampshire DAO participants, administrators, and legal representatives from personal liability.

A failure event may trigger liability on the person deploying or upgrading the New Hampshire DAO if that person:

Acted in bad faith; or

(b)
