30:2 Distribution. – The county commissioners shall forward one copy of said pamphlet to the town clerk of each town in the county, to be placed on file, one copy to the secretary of state, and 3 copies to the state library. des. Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened: 1 New Paragraph; Definitions; Second Generation Anticoagulant Rodenticide. Amend RSA 430:29 by inserting after paragraph XXXII-a the following new paragraph: XXXII-aa. "Second generation anticoagulant rodenticide" means any pesticide product containing any of the following active ingredients: (a) Brodifacou
