Copy linkIf proposed action of a limited partnership creating dissenters' rights under RSA 304-B:16-d is submitted to a vote at a meeting of the limited partners, a limited partner who wishes to assert dissenters' rights shall:
Copy linkDeliver to the limited partnership before the vote is taken a written notice of the member's intent to demand payment for the limited partner's limited partnership interest if the proposed action is effectuated.
Copy linkNot vote the limited partner's limited partnership interest in favor of the proposed action.
Copy linkNo such written notice of intent to demand payment is required of any limited partner to whom the limited partnership has failed to provide the notice required by RSA 304-B:16-e.
