Unless the operating agreement provides otherwise, the membership rights of members, other than the members' limited liability company interests, are personal and non-transferable except to the extent that a transferee may succeed to membership rights under the provisions of RSA 304-C:121, RSA 304-C:123, or RSA 304-C:124.
