304-C:151 Events of Dissociation of Individuals Who are Members of Single-Member Limited Liability Companies. –
Notwithstanding any other provision of this act, individuals who are members of single-member limited liability companies shall, unless the operating agreement provides otherwise, be dissociated only upon their withdrawal or death.
