RSA 310-A:103 · Disclosure

310-A:103 Disclosure. – To ensure compliance with ethical standards established by the board, under RSA 310-A:102, VI, when dealing with the public, foresters shall:

Identify clearly themselves, their employer, and in whose interest they are working.

Disclose fully any financial or purchase interest they or their employer may have in the land or timber which they are working.

III.

Disclose fully all direct or indirect costs or obligations of services provided, including hourly or daily rates and commissions, as well as exclusive contracts to sell forest products to certain individuals or firms.

IV.
