RSA 310-A:109 · License Renewal
310-A:109 License Renewal. – Licenses may be renewed every 2 years in accordance with RSA 310:8. The applicant shall have completed 20 hours of continuing education approved by the board at the time of license renewal, and shall submit a record of any legal action brought against the applicant for services as a forester.
