RSA 310-A:140 · Objective

310-A:140 Objective. – A landscape architect, regulated by this chapter, shall undertake to perform professional services only when the landscape architect is qualified by education, training, and experience in the specific technical areas involved. Source. 2006, 246:3, eff. July 1, 2006.
