RSA 310-A:2-a · Purpose
310-A:2-a Purpose. – To safeguard life, health, and property, and to promote public welfare, the practice of engineering in this state shall be regulated by the board of professional engineers, except as provided in RSA 485-A:4 and RSA 485-A:35. Source. 1995, 284:5, eff. Jan. 1, 1996.
