310-A:2-b Jurisdiction of the Board of Professional Engineers; Regulation of Scope of Practice. –
No agency or subdivision of the state shall adopt any rule, regulation, standard, code, ordinance, or policy that restricts or limits the scope of practice of any licensed professional engineer, whose practice shall be within the sole jurisdiction of the board of professional engineers.
