310-A:207 Rulemaking Authority. –

The board shall adopt rules, pursuant to RSA 541-A, relative to:

The qualifications of applicants in addition to the requirements of this subdivision, including the qualifications for satisfactory evidence of good professional character.

Procedures for auditing applicants and license holders.

The criteria for a license to be renewed or reinstated, including any requirements for continuing education.

(d)

Professional standards required to be met by each holder of a license under this subdivision and how disciplinary actions by the board shall be implemented for violations of these standards.

II.

The board shall adopt one eligibility examination required for licensure that is an independent recognized examination.

At least 40 days prior to any hearing to be held pursuant to RSA 541-A:11, the board shall furnish a copy of any proposed rules or amendments thereto, to all affected professionals licensed by the board and the commissioner of the department of environmental services.
