RSA 310-A:221 · Exemptions

310-A:221 Exemptions. – Nothing in this subdivision shall be construed to prevent or affect the following persons from evaluating septic systems:

I.

A person who is employed by a governmental entity if the inspection is within official duties and responsibilities.
