RSA 310-B:12-g · Appraisal Management Company Designated Contact
310-B:12-g Appraisal Management Company Designated Contact. – Each appraisal management company applying to the board for registration in this state shall designate one controlling person who is an employee of the appraisal management company that will be the designated contact for all communication between the board and the appraisal management company. Amend RSA 310-B by inserting after section 11 the following new section: 310-B:11-a Temporary License or Certificate.
