317-A:33 Penalty. –
Except as otherwise provided, any person who shall practice or attempt to practice dentistry or dental hygiene in this state without a license or who violates any of the provisions of RSA 317-A shall be guilty of a misdemeanor if a natural person or guilty of a felony if any other person.
