RSA 325:17 · Inspection
325:17 Inspection. – The office of professional licensure and certification may inspect all places where funeral directing is conducted or where embalming is practiced. No such place shall be inspected more frequently than twice yearly, unless the board shall find that just cause or evidence of repeated complaints exists. Source. 1935, 95:1. RL 168:17.
