326-H:16 Suspension and Revocation of License. – Misconduct sufficient to support disciplinary proceedings under this chapter includes:

Obtaining a license by fraudulent or deceitful means.

Conviction of a class A felony or a finding of malpractice or gross misconduct in practice as a dietitian.

Engaging in actions inconsistent with the health of the person or persons under the care of the licensee through negligence, neglect, willful action, or other causes.
