328-J:14 Educational Programs. – All educational programs approved by the executive director, in consultation with the board, in radiography, radiation therapy, nuclear medicine technology, magnetic resonance technology, sonography, radiologist assistant or limited x-ray machine operation may be offered by a medical facility or educational institution. The program shall be affiliated with one or more hospitals or clinics approved by the executive director to provide the requisite clinical education. Source. 2016, 54:2, eff.
