328-J:7 Responsibilities; Rulemaking Authority. – The executive director, in consultation with the board, shall adopt rules, pursuant to RSA 541-A, relative to:

Establishment of the scope of practice for limited x-ray machine operators, medical imaging professionals, and radiation therapists.

Procedures for assuring the continuing competence of limited x-ray machine operators, medical imaging professionals, and radiation therapists licensed under this chapter including, but not limited to, continuing education requirements and the professional's health program.
