328-J:7 Responsibilities; Rulemaking Authority. – The executive director, in consultation with the board, shall adopt rules, pursuant to RSA 541-A, relative to:

Establishment of the scope of practice for limited x-ray machine operators, medical imaging professionals, and radiation therapists.

VI.

Procedures for assuring the continuing competence of limited x-ray machine operators, medical imaging professionals, and radiation therapists licensed under this chapter including, but not limited to, continuing education requirements and the professional's health program.

How licensees shall provide evidence of good professional character and reliability to satisfy the executive director that they shall faithfully and conscientiously avoid professional misconduct and otherwise adhere to the requirements of this chapter.
