332-E:10 Penalty. –
The owner of any water treatment plant or water distribution system shall be liable for a civil forfeiture of not more than $500 per day for any violation of this chapter. The proceeds of any civil forfeiture levied under this section shall be utilized for the implementation of this chapter.
