339:78 Definitions. – In this subdivision:

I.

"Consumer" means a person who purchases home heating oil, kerosene, or liquefied petroleum gas for personal, family, or household purchases.

"Heating fuel" means heating oil, kerosene, or liquefied petroleum gas.
