353:8 Prohibition. – It shall be unlawful for anyone to obtain, or attempt to obtain, service from, in or through any inn or hotel:

With intent to defraud the owner thereof on a credit basis by the use of a credit card which has been stolen, forged, revoked, canceled, unauthorized or in any way invalidated for the purpose of obtaining such credit, or on any other basis; or
