359-T:13 Accounts, Records and Reports. –
Copy linkAnnual reports from all household goods carriers. The department shall require reports to be signed under the penalties of unsworn falsification pursuant to RSA 541:3; and
Copy linkThe commissioner may adopt rules, pursuant to RSA 541-A, relative to the form of annual reports.
