359-T:15 Complaints; Hearings. –

I.

The department may investigate, upon written complaint or on its own initiative, or hold a hearing, after notice, to determine whether any household goods carrier has failed to comply with RSA 359-T or rules adopted by the commissioner relative to RSA 359-T.

II.

If the department finds, after a hearing, that a carrier has failed to comply with RSA 359-T, the department may issue an appropriate order to compel compliance.

III.
