RSA 361-A:3 · Exemptions
361-A:3 Exemptions. –
Copy linkNo state or federally chartered bank, savings bank, trust company, credit union, cooperative bank, or industrial bank shall be required to obtain a license under this chapter but shall comply with the provisions of RSA 361-A:14 through RSA 361-A:23, unless otherwise exempted in this chapter.
