RSA 361-A:7 · License Surrender
361-A:7 License Surrender. –
Copy linkA licensee that ceases to engage in the business of a sales finance company or retail seller at any time for any cause shall file a request to surrender its license to the commissioner within 15 calendar days of such cessation and shall file such additional information as may be required by the department.
Copy linkSurrender of a license shall not take effect until the commissioner deems the surrender process complete and in furtherance of the public interest.
Copy linkFailure to comply with the provisions of this section and any rules adopted under this section shall be cause for denial of future license applications and may result in the imposition of penalties under RSA 361-A:27. Source. 2024, 330:1, eff. July 1, 2024.
