374-B:7 Trust Funds. – All moneys received by the municipality under this chapter shall be deemed to be trust funds to be held and applied solely as provided in this chapter; provided, however, that RSA 31:19-38 shall not apply thereto. Source. 1975, 501:1, eff. June 24, 1975.
