RSA 374:2 · Charges
374:2 Charges. – All charges made or demanded by any public utility for any service rendered by it or to be rendered in connection therewith, shall be just and reasonable and not more than is allowed by law or by order of the public utilities commission. Every charge that is unjust or unreasonable, or in excess of that allowed by law or by order of the commission, is prohibited. Source. 1911, 164:4. PL 240:2. RL 289:2. 1951, 203:22, eff.
