RSA 374:25 · Exceptions
374:25 Exceptions. – RSA 374:24 shall not apply to:
Copy linkAny business entity operating a public utility plant in this state on June 1, 1911, or doing or desiring to do an interstate business;
Copy linkAny electric utility as defined in RSA 374-A:1 participating or desiring to participate in an electric power facility within this state in accordance with RSA 374-A;
Copy linkAny foreign business entity authorized by the Interstate Commerce Commission to operate motor vehicles for the carriage of passengers for hire in interstate commerce over the highways of this state which presently conducts or desires to conduct the business of transportation of passengers and/or baggage, mail, newspapers and express in the same vehicles with passengers for hire by motor vehicles in intrastate commerce; or
