RSA 399-G:15 · Report of Condition
399-G:15 Report of Condition. –
Copy linkEach licensee shall submit a report of condition within 45 days of the end of the calendar quarter, or within any extended time as the commissioner may prescribe.
Copy linkNationwide and state-specific money transmission transaction information in every jurisdiction in the United States where the licensee is licensed to engage in money transmission;
Copy linkTransaction destination country reporting for money received for transmission, if applicable; and
Copy linkAny other information the commissioner reasonably requires with respect to the licensee. The commissioner is authorized and encouraged to utilize NMLS for the submission of the report required by this section and is authorized to update as necessary the requirements of this section to carry out the purposes of this chapter and maintain consistency with NMLS reporting.
Copy linkThe information required by paragraph II(d) shall only be included in a report of condition submitted within 45 days of the end of the fourth calendar quarter.
Copy linkAny licensee failing to file a report required under this section within the time prescribed shall be subject to a late fee of $25 for each calendar day the report is overdue, up to a maximum penalty of $625. Source. 2024, 368:1, eff. Oct. 22, 2024.
