RSA 405:10 · Service of Process Through Insurance Commissioner
405:10 Service of Process Through Insurance Commissioner. – No such joint stock or mutual insurance company, nor its agents, shall do business in this state until it has filed with the commissioner a written stipulation, agreeing that legal process affecting the company, served on the commissioner for the time being, shall have the same effect as if served personally on the company within the state. Service of such process shall be made by leaving a copy of the process in the hands of the commissioner or in his office and paying to the commissioner a fee as prescribed by RSA 400-A:29.
