405:14 Notice of Revocation. – If, in the opinion of the commissioner, the affairs of a foreign company so licensed are in an unsound or failing condition he shall revoke its license and all licenses that have been granted to its agents, by giving written notice of the revocation to the company and publishing a like notice in the newspaper published in Concord having the largest circulation in the state, and in the like newspaper published in Manchester.
