406-A:2 Definitions. – When used in this chapter:

I.

"The commissioner" shall mean the insurance commissioner of this state.

"Unfair trade practice act" shall mean Revised Statutes Annotated, chapter 417, entitled Unfair Insurance Trade Practices.
