RSA 417:11 · Appeal

417:11 Appeal. – Any party to the proceedings aggrieved by any order or decision of the insurance commissioner pursuant to RSA 417:10 shall be entitled to an appeal to the supreme court in accordance with the provisions of RSA 541, except that in the case of a fine imposed by any order or decision, the party aggrieved shall be entitled to an appeal to the superior court in the county in which the party resides, if a resident, or, if a nonresident, in the Merrimack county superior court and a trial de novo in said court.
