RSA 420-A:5 · Directors
420-A:5 Directors. – The directors of a health service corporation:
Copy linkThe general public exclusive of those falling within subparagraphs (b) and (c) and paragraph II.
Copy linkAdministrators or trustees of hospitals, if any, which have contracted with the health service corporation to render nonprofit hospital service or indemnity to subscribers.
