RSA 420-D:26 · Criminal Penalties

420-D:26 Criminal Penalties. – Any person, partnership, association, corporation, limited liability company, affiliate, or non-profit, including state, county, or local governmental units, or any division, department, board, or agency thereof who intentionally violates any provision of RSA 420-D or who fraudulently establishes, conducts, manages, or operates any CCRC without first obtaining a certificate as provided in this chapter, or who knowingly violates any rule adopted under this chapter, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor if a natural person, or guilty of a felony if any other person.
