420-D:3 Renewal and Amendment of Certificate of Authority. –

I.

Certificates of authority shall continue in effect until revoked by the commissioner. Certificates are non-transferable to another provider or affiliate either directly or through a change in control. All transfers shall be approved by the commissioner. The commissioner shall establish a fee for applications for certificates of authority by rules adopted under RSA 541-A. The provider shall report to the department within 30 days any material changes in the information or documents contained in the application for certification, with a request for an amendment to the application. The department shall process and review any amendments, determine how they affect the certificate of authority, and take appropriate action pursuant to this chapter and rules adopted thereunder.

II.

The department shall retain copies of all certified applications and any amendments and make non-proprietary non-confidential materials reasonably available to the public during ordinary business hours. Source. 2025, 296:2, eff. Jan. 1, 2026.
