420-F:10 Contingency Reserve Fund. – Delta shall collect reasonable rates as described in RSA 420-F:6, designed to permit it to accumulate and maintain a contingency reserve fund which shall not be less than 8 percent of Delta's annual premium risk income. Source. 1992, 252:1, eff. Jan. 1, 1993.
