420-O:11 Administrative Rules. –
The commissioner may adopt rules under RSA 541-A necessary to implement the provisions of this chapter and to ensure that the plans established under this chapter are in the best interests of the students, students' spouses, students' children, and other persons chiefly dependent upon the students for support and maintenance.
