425:21 Division Director; Salary. –

I.

The commissioner shall nominate a director for the division of agricultural development for appointment by the governor, with the consent of the council. The division director shall serve at the pleasure of the commissioner. The director shall be qualified by reason of professional competence, education, and experience.
