Copy link"Commissioner" means the commissioner of the department of agriculture, markets, and food.
Copy link"Farm" means any farm engaged in the growing, harvesting, packing, or holding of produce pursuant to the Food Safety Modernization Act, 21 C.F.R. Part 112.3.
Copy link"Produce" means any produce that is a raw agricultural commodity pursuant to the Food Safety Modernization Act, 21 C.F.R. Part 112.3.
