427:1-a Applicability. –

I.

The purposes and requirements of this chapter may be fulfilled for both intrastate and interstate distribution and sale of meat and meat products by adhering to the requirements of the USDA detailed in 21 U.S.C. chapters 10 and 12.

The purposes of this chapter may be fulfilled for intrastate sale of meat by adhering to the provisions of this subdivision if authorized by the USDA.

The purposes of this chapter may be fulfilled for interstate sale of meat by adhering to the provisions of this subdivision if authorized by the USDA, pursuant to all constraints established by the USDA.
