428:20 Penalty. –
Any person violating the provisions of this subdivision shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. Any person who buys live poultry, except from a person licensed under this subdivision or from a person who raised such live poultry or his agent, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor for each offense.
