428:24 "Fresh" Defined. –
No egg shall be deemed to be fresh which does not meet standards of New Hampshire extra grade for eggs, as established by the commissioner of agriculture, markets, and food under RSA 426:1, or modifications or amendments to said standards, the final determination of which shall be by candling.
