429:7 Certifying Imports. – No bees, or used bee supplies or equipment, shall be shipped or moved into the state without a certificate signed by a legally authorized inspector that they are free from any infectious or contagious disease. Bees and queen in mailing cages shall be considered as a colony for the purposes of this subdivision. Source. 1985, 72:1, eff. July 1, 1985.
